Due to the file sizes of printing projects, we request that all files be sent to our FTP site. Our site allows for the safe and unaffected transfer of your project files. Please take the time to make sure your files have been set-up properly before uploading themt to Media Services. There will be a charge for any graphics time if your files do now meet our requirements. Our hourly  rate is $48 per hour starting with a minimum charge of $15 if we have to make any adjustments. Here is a quick checklist to make sure we have everything we need.

We don’t want to charge you for anything outside of production unless we have to.

1. Make sure files are created at 300dpi in CMYK or Grayscale color modes. The only exception would be if you are setting up Spot Colors. RGB files will be converted.

2. When setting up your CDImprint for 1-3 colors, please use Pantone Coated colors. Photoshop will not save these colors unless you saved in either EPS or DCS formats. Adobe Illustrator, Quark and Indesign should be just fine.

3. All files must have .125” bleed. If you don’t know what bleed is, just think of adding an extra image or color past the cut lines. When your project is cut down we don’t want there to be any white edges showing unless that was your intention.

4. Currently we can take Quark 8.0, Indesign CS4, Illustrator CS4 and any format from Photoshop. If you don’t see a format here chances are we do not support that application.

5. We have templates for almost all of our packages online . If you do not see one please contact your sales rep. Projects layed out in templates from other manufacturers could be subjected to addition graphics time.
